This page is a plain-English summary. The full Community Guidelines are written and maintained in Hebrew.
Read the full Community Guidelines in HebrewMeet with joy, keep it respectful, safe, and consensual. These rules cover personal and group profiles, photos and albums, chats and voice messages, meetup proposals, behavior at meetups created through Clanio, and contact with our support and safety teams. Violations can lead to content removal, warnings, restrictions, frozen chats or Matches, suspension, or permanent removal.
Be real: your profile should genuinely represent you. No impersonation, no photos of other people without permission, no fake profiles, no false age.
Respect people and boundaries: no harassment, threats, stalking, contact after a block, pressure to keep talking or meet, or retaliation for a Pass, block, report, or cancelled meetup.
No hate, racism, or discrimination based on origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or other protected traits.
Consent comes first: a Match is consent to open the possibility of a conversation between two groups — nothing more. It's never consent to meet, share personal details, move to a private chat, be photographed, physical contact, or romantic or sexual activity. Consent must be free, clear, informed, and ongoing, and can be withdrawn at any time.
No sexual content or exploitation: Clanio is a social app for connecting groups, not a platform for sexual content. No explicit sexual content, non-consensual nudity, unwanted sexual messages, or any content involving or possibly involving a minor.
Protect others' privacy: don't share someone's phone number, address, workplace, ID document, financial info, or private chat screenshots without permission.
Enforcement: depending on severity, Clanio may take no action, request more information, remove or hide content, send a warning, restrict account functions, freeze a chat or Match, suspend, or permanently close an account or remove a group. In cases of real safety risk, Clanio may act immediately without prior notice.
If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, you can appeal in writing to safety@clanio.co.
